Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Senior Bowling Mechanic & Facility Manager to oversee the technical operations of the center, manage pinsetters, pinspotters, scoring machines, lanes, and other equipment, and lead a team of mechanics under the General Manager.

You will supervise technicians, train staff in safety and maintenance standards, and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bowling mechanic experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects.

Responsibilities

• Keep the center running smoothly from a technical perspective.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule mechanics under your supervision.
• Provide training on machine areas, safety procedures, and maintenance standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies, schedule routine maintenance of HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, and life/safety systems.
• Assist in planning and budgeting for repairs and upgrades; obtain bids and suggest equipment improvements.
• Be flexible with shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Communicate needs clearly to your team and grow the technical staff.
