This isn’t any ordinary office; it’s the beginning of a bowled new career as a Senior Bowling Mechanic & Facility Manager with Lucky Strike Entertainment. These managers help keep our centers operating efficiently. They manage a team of mechanics responsible for the operation of pinsetters, pinspotters, automatic scoring machines, lanes and other equipment throughout the facility. They are involved with all center maintenance and repairs, providing leadership to their team and support to the General Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Keep everything running smoothly: Manage the center’s day-to-day operations from a technical perspective to keep the center operating efficiently.
- Assemble an all-star team: In conjunction with the General Manager, recruit, hire, train, and schedule B- and C-Mechanics whom you supervise daily.
- Train the team: Provide training and instruction in machine area safety procedures, standards of operation for bowling equipment, building maintenance, and preventative maintenance.
- Monitor & maintain: Ensure operational compliance with laws and policies (including OSHA). Monitor machine stop records, schedule routine maintenance of HVAC, roof, plumbing, electrical, life/safety and other building systems.
- Plan, budget, improve: Assist in planning and budgeting for center repairs and upgrades; obtain bids for routine and emergency repairs/maintenance; suggest improvements to reduce environmental impact and cost.
- Remain flexible: Be available to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
You’re an experienced, technically proficient manager and a strong team player who can troubleshoot effectively. You can supervise mechanics and communicate the department’s needs clearly. You have an affinity for spotting and resolving technical issues before they arise and a strong desire to grow and develop the talent and skill of your staff.

Pay Range: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
