You are a resource for fellow booksellers, mentoring peers and maintaining the store’s appealing presentation. You will work the registers with energy and lead by example in recommending key titles. The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and knowledge of inventory and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers cheerfully and help them find titles and products
• Connect readers with the right titles and merchandise
• Lead by example on recommendations and Membership benefits
• Maintain attractive store presentation across sections
• Operate registers and assist with checkout efficiently
• Support receiving, shelving, and loss prevention procedures
