Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy seeks a BCBA to lead clinical care and data-driven treatment planning for a diverse caseload. You will supervise RBTs, analyze client progress, and partner with families to ensure effective ABA strategies are applied in home and community settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree aligned to BACB requirements.
• Active BCBA certification or eligibility with near-term exam date.
• Current state licensure where applicable or obtainable promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-quality clinical care with comprehensive behavioral assessments.
• Provide ongoing supervision and coaching to RBTs and staff.
• Analyze client progress data and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support consistent ABA implementation.

Lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care by conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and developing individualized, data-driven treatment plans for all clients on your caseload

Provide ongoingclinical supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and support staff, ensuring alignment with Bloomwell’s standards of clinical excellence

Continuously analyze client progress data, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to maximize outcomes and ensure meaningful progress

Partner closely with caregivers to build engagement, provide education, and empower consistent implementation of ABA strategies in home and community environments

Collaborate cross-functionally with fellow Bloomwell teammates to foster an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing clinical environment centered on belonging

• Master’s degree in a related field with coursework aligned to BACB requirements
• Active BCBA certification or eligibility to obtain certification, with an anticipated exam date within the next three (3) months
• Current state licensure, where applicable, or the ability to obtain licensure in a timely manner
• Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or related developmental diagnoses
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in continuous improvement, innovation, and building something meaningful
