Job summary

Bloomwell Autism Therapy is hiring BCBAs across several locations, offering competitive salaries and a commitment to work-life balance. You’ll lead clinical assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and supervise RBTs while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality autism care.

We provide CEU reimbursement, paid CEU days, PTO, holidays, and up to 24 work-from-home days per year, plus a clear Growth Plan that advances you from BCBA to leadership roles.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field with coursework aligned to BACB requirements.
  • Active BCBA certification or eligibility with an exam date within 3 months.
  • Current state licensure, or ability to obtain licensure promptly.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related diagnoses.
  • Strong ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care by conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and developing individualized, data-driven treatment plans for all clients on your caseload.
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and support staff, ensuring alignment with Bloomwell’s standards of clinical excellence.
  • Continuously analyze client progress data, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to maximize outcomes.
  • Partner with caregivers to build engagement, provide education, and empower consistent implementation of ABA strategies in home and community environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to foster an inclusive, high-performing clinical environment centered on belonging.

  • Competitive Salaries with Profit Sharing Bonuses–We offer total compensation ranging from $99,500 - $115,000 for non-leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of high-quality clinical care by conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and developing individualized, data-driven treatment plans for all clients on your caseload

Collaborate cross-functionally with fellow Bloomwell teammates to foster an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing clinical environment centered on belonging

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related field with coursework aligned to BACB requirements
  • Active BCBA certification or eligibility to obtain certification, with an anticipated exam date within the next three (3) months
  • Current state licensure, where applicable, or the ability to obtain licensure in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or related developmental diagnoses
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in continuous improvement, innovation, and building something meaningful

$99,500 - $115,000 a year
