Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high‑quality clinical care by conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments and developing individualized, data‑driven treatment plans for all clients on your caseload.
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs and support staff, ensuring alignment with Bloomwell’s standards of clinical excellence.
• Continuously analyze client progress data, making timely adjustments to treatment plans to maximize outcomes and ensure meaningful progress.
• Partner closely with caregivers to build engagement, provide education, and empower consistent implementation of ABA strategies in home and community environments.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with fellow Bloomwell teammates to foster an inclusive, supportive, and high‑performing clinical environment centered on belonging.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with coursework aligned to BACB requirements.
• Active BCBA certification or eligibility to obtain certification, with an anticipated exam date within the next three (3) months.
• Current state licensure, where applicable, or the ability to obtain licensure in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder and/or related developmental diagnoses.
• Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in continuous improvement, innovation, and building something meaningful.
