Job summary

Aimic Inc., located in Centennial, CO, seeks a licensed BCBA to oversee clinical services in a family-focused clinic. You will conduct assessments, supervise treatment plans, and ensure high-quality care for a caseload of 8–10 full-time clients.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with up to two days of work-from-home and in-office collaboration. No nights, weekends, or on-call duties, plus robust training and clinical support.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Experience supervising BCBA/RBT caseloads.
• Ability to train parents and staff.

Job description

• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Max 2 days Work from home and 3 days in office
• No nights, no weekends, no on-call duties.

You Focus on Clinical Work - We Handle the Admin work

• BCBAs do not create or manage staff scheduling, do HR tasks, or insurance chasing
• BCBAs have a MAX caseload of 8 to 10 full-time clients (or max of 32 billable hours per week).
• Practicum students and interns assist your caseload.
• You'll do assessments, supervise treatment plans, train RBTs, and provide parent training
• Owners are not involved in clinical decisions
• You will be supported by our clinic's experience Clinical Director
• Franchising provides live remote BCBA support and clinical training
• H with robust training content for RBTs and BCBAs. We give BTs access to the 40 hour cert videos on their first day of work.
• All BCBAs get two weeks of initial training from our corporate office - for this, you may have to travel to Houston for 1 week.
• To ensure the highest standards of care, our corporate office conducts a positive, supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months - providing each clinic with valuable feedback, resources, and guidance to help us continually grow and serve our families even better.
