Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a BCBA-level clinician to conduct functional and skill-based assessments, design evidence-based ABA plans, and supervise RBTs. You will monitor client progress with data-driven methods and collaborate with a broad interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality treatment.

You will train families and supervise BCBA candidates while maintaining HIPAA compliance, ethics, and a flexible schedule to meet client needs.

Qualifications

  • Descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments such as VB-MAPP or equivalent.
  • Ability to design ABA treatment plans based on evidence and research.
  • Supervise and monitor client progress with data-driven approaches.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for client care.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians and BCBA candidates.
  • Perform monthly treatment integrity checks and provide feedback.
  • Train parents/guardians and responsible parties on protocols.
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and BACB ethics in daily work.
  • Maintain flexible schedule to meet client needs and deliver services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee data collection and progress monitoring for cases.
  • Collaborate with clients' interdisciplinary teams to align goals.
  • Provide ongoing coaching to RBTs and BCBA candidates.
  • Ensure monthly treatment integrity audits are completed.
  • Educate families on treatment plans and progress at home.
  • Ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct various descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments (e.g., functional analyses) and skill-based assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP, PEAK etc.).
  • Provide behavior analytic interpretations of the results and designs comprehensive ABA treatment plans based off of evidence-based practices and behavior analytic research literature.
  • Supervise and monitor treatment progress of a client through data-based progress monitoring.
  • Collaboration with client's interdisciplinary team
  • Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians and BCBA candidates and provide regular verbal and written feedback.
  • Conduct monthly treatment integrities for behavior technicians
  • Provide training to parents/guardians and other responsible parties for the client.
  • Maintain confidentiality including compliance with HIPAA laws and regulations, and the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance code.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to appropriately deliver services based on client needs.
  • Provide direct coverage as needed
  • Assist with any clinical needs as they arise
