Mantis Innovation in Dallas, TX is seeking a BMS Service Technician II to diagnose and resolve complex building management system issues across commercial and mission-critical environments. You will complete service work from start to finish, reducing repeat issues and maintaining high service quality.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of BMS, building automation, or HVAC controls experience.
• Proficiency with Tridium Niagara (N4) or equivalent controls systems.
• Strong troubleshooting capability across control systems (hardware, software, and networked systems).

Responsabilidades

• Independently troubleshoot, service, and commission BMS systems in mission-critical environments
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networked control system issues
• Execute service tickets from assignment through full resolution within SLA timelines
• Perform system upgrades, backups, restores, and configuration changes
• Execute commissioning and startup activities, including validation of system performance
• Install and configure control system components, including sensors, controllers, and panels
• Read and interpret control drawings to identify issues and implement solutions
