Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Building Management System (BMS) Quality Manager to join our DEC Quality team. You will drive BMS quality across multiple data-center projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure safe, robust, and reliable controls systems from early design through commissioning.

The role requires extensive experience with instrumentation and controls, industrial automation, and HVAC/Electrical monitoring, with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in instrumentation, controls programming/installation, MEP coordination, project management, or data center commissioning.
• Experience with Industrial Automation and Building Management Systems (PLC/DDC).
• 3+ years of experience programming and designing HVAC control systems and Electrical Power Monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead General Contractor BMS Leads, CSI, and E&I contractors through all project phases.
• Establish cross-functional collaboration among on-site teams and stakeholders.
• Drive standardization across buildings and contractors.
• Review and enforce adherence to the BMS PLC Playbook.
• Perform BMS inspections and validate project health and schedule progress.
• Coordinate schedule development for construction, commissioning, and BMS activities.
• Manage audits of packaged equipment controls and BMS commissioning.
• Lead large multi-stakeholder meetings and communicate outcomes.
