JLL in Mountain View, CA is seeking a Sr BMS Program Manager to lead engineering design reviews for HVAC building automation systems across the client portfolio, including control sequences, topology and logic, and adherence to standards.

You will coordinate with engineers, technicians, and contractors, manage multiple concurrent projects, provide SME guidance, and drive continuous improvement to deliver high‑quality, on‑time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in mechanical or related facilities engineering with relevant controls experience.
• 8+ years in facilities HVAC and control systems.
• Experience with HVAC BMS design/review of operating sequences.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent worker who also collaborates well in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews for HVAC controls projects to ensure standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Review control sequences, program logic, and test plans.
• Conduct field inspections to verify scope and best practices.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve deficiencies on schedule.
• Perform controls program integration to live operations.
• Evaluate operating trends post-clip-in to verify performance.
• Provide SME guidance to mechanical and controls teams.
• Identify process improvements and implement them.
• Maintain internal records and QA/QC.
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders.
