Job summary

The role requires 8-12+ years in HVAC controls, with knowledge of BMS/EPMS/DCIM/SCADA; PE is a plus. Travel may be required; strong communication and business development skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• 8–12+ years in HVAC controls as a consultant, contractor, or engineer with controls design responsibilities.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC/electrical instrumentation design and building control sequences.
• PE license is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff and coordinate instrumentation and controls activities for projects.
• Prepare drawings, specifications and calculations; write reports.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
• Travel to sites across the US as needed.
