Job summary

Tri Imaging Solutions seeks a Biomedical Equipment Technician II to work independently with limited supervision. You will ensure clinical equipment operates safely, troubleshoot and maintain a broad range of devices, and mentor BMET I staff across an assigned territory.

Initial training occurs at our Appleton, WI or Madison, TN facilities, followed by support across your region. This is a full-time on-site role with travel and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience servicing biomedical equipment in a hospital, healthcare system, military, or field service environment.
• Advanced knowledge of biomedical equipment, electronic theory, electrical safety, and diagnostic testing.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair moderate to complex biomedical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Independently install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on diagnostic, therapeutic, laboratory, and life-support medical equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and complete corrective actions to restore equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Respond to customer service requests and communicate equipment status, repair progress, and recommended corrective actions.
