About the Role
As a Biomedical Equipment Technician III, you'll serve as a senior technical resource responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, calibration, and performance verification of complex biomedical and medical imaging equipment. Working independently with minimal supervision, you'll provide advanced technical expertise for highly specialized diagnostic, therapeutic, and life-support equipment.
You’ll also serve as a primary escalation point for complex service issues, mentor junior technicians, lead technical projects, and partner with clinical teams, manufacturers, and vendors to maximize equipment reliability and patient safety.

Location & Travel
This role provides on-site support to hospitals and healthcare facilities within an assigned territory.
Initial training will take place at either our Appleton, WI facility or our Madison, TN headquarters. Following initial training, you will transition into supporting customers within your assigned territory.
