Job summary

Goldbelt Apex, part of the Healthcare Technology Transformation Group, seeks a BMET to inspect, repair, and maintain complex medical equipment used in military and healthcare settings. The role emphasizes adherence to federal and state regulations and collaboration with teams.

The BMET will support maintenance plans, document equipment status, and coordinate with vendors, while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and mentoring a technical team.
• Biomedical equipment maintenance experience on Military Medical Equipment.
• Experience with complex inspections of Army medical equipment.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• CACard eligibility and US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage budgets/vendor relationships.
• Repair, install, maintain, calibrate, and inspect complex medical equipment.
• Use Army automation systems (DMLSS, SAMS-E, TEWLS, GCSS, etc.).
• Assign tasks to subordinates and oversee performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and electrical safety testing.
• Maintain documentation on equipment repairs and failures.
• Develop maintenance and sustainment plans.
• Respond to inquiries on technical and operational applications.
• Provide leadership to BMETs as needed.
