Se valorará experiencia en entornos SaaS, ITIL y capacidad de trabajar con autonomía en proyectos remotos, con horario de 8:00 a 17:00.

Qualifications

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería, Informática o Ciencias.
• Más de 5 años de experiencia con BMC Helix ITSM, al menos 3 en entorno SaaS.
• Certificación ITIL y conocimiento funcional de procesos ITIL.
• Experiencia sólida con ARS y flujos de trabajo.
• Experiencia en Smart IT, vistas progresivas y Digital Workplace Catalog.
• Experiencia en integraciones REST API con sistemas externos.

Responsibilities

• Desarrollar y configurar soluciones en BMC Helix ITSM / AR System.
• Crear flujos con Active Links, Filters y Escalations.
• Trabajar con Smart IT y vistas progresivas.
• Construir servicios en Digital Workplace Catalog.
• Configurar integraciones bidireccionales usando REST/SOAP.
• Trabajar con SQL y Helix Dashboard.

Location: Spain

There are projects where knowing BMC Helix is not enough: you need to master ARS, Smart IT, Digital Workplace Catalog e integraciones REST. Here you will be able to bring that specialization to an environment 100 % remoto, working with BMC Helix ITSM SaaS and with real technical weight.

You will find a stable, close and autonomous environment, where experience and professional judgment are valued, with support throughout your evolution in the project.

Role mission

You will take part in the development, evolution and integration of BMC Helix ITSM SaaS, with a special focus on ARS, Smart IT, Digital Workplace Catalog e integraciones API REST.

What your day-to-day will look like in this project

• Develop and configure solutions on BMC Helix ITSM / AR System.
• Crear workflows con Active Links, Filters y Escalations.
• Work with Smart IT and progressive views.
• Build services in Digital Workplace Catalog.
• Configure bidirectional integrations using REST/SOAP.
• Work with SQL y Helix Dashboard.

What will help you succeed in this position

Main requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Sciences, with the equivalences indicated for Technical Engineering, Diploma or CFGS.

• Más de 5 years of experience with BMC Helix ITSM, at least 3 in a SaaS environment.

• ITIL certification and functional knowledge of ITIL processes.

• Solid experience with motor ARS y workflows.

• Experience with Smart IT, vistas progresivas y Digital Workplace Catalog.

• Experience in REST API integrations with external systems.

As a plus, experience with SOAP, LDAP, Azure AD, SQL, monitoring and Helix Dashboard will be valued.
