Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 5-7 years of embedded firmware or BMC development experience.
• Proficient in C/C++ and embedded development fundamentals.
• Experience with BMC stacks or server hardware is required.
• Familiarity with Linux-based environments and platform management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug BMC firmware features for system monitoring, health reporting, and remote management.
• Support platform bring-up and firmware integration across BIOS, hardware, and system software.
• Analyze BMC defects, reproduce issues, and support root-cause analysis and fixes.
• Assist with validation, regression testing, and verification prior to release.
• Collaborate with BIOS, Electrical, Systems, Validation, and other teams to address issues.
• Maintain documentation, issue tracking, and project support materials.
• Contribute to automation and process improvements in firmware development and debugging.
