TeAM, Inc. is seeking a Blue Team Lead to drive defensive cyberspace operations for Army Reserve networks, with responsibility for 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and signature development.

You will coordinate with ARCYBER and DoD partners to maintain high watch availability and rapid mitigation. Required are 5+ years in cyber defense, DoD or enterprise experience, and certifications aligned with the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of documented, specialized operational experience in DoD or enterprise cyber defense operations.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Qualifications for DCWF 531/511 under DoDM 8140.03; multiple pathways acceptable.

Mansioni

• Serve as Key Personnel and single point of accountability for Blue Team operations across NIPRNet and SIPRNet, 24/7/365 watch coverage.
• Lead Tier 3 analysis, hunt missions, and signature development; coordinate with CTI cell and ARCYBER groups.
• Own incident categorization and reporting with CJCSM 6510.01B; ensure actions within 2 hours and 24-hour mitigation when needed.
• Direct shift operations including watch schedule, handoffs, surge staffing during elevated threat conditions or exercises.
• Mentor and quality-control Tier 1/2 analysts; ensure DoDM 8140.03 DCWF qualification compliance.
