Job summary

VPET USA LLC is seeking a Blow Mold Technician III to lead setup, operation, troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of blow molding equipment. This senior role supports operators and junior techs while driving continuous improvement to maximize equipment performance and minimize downtime.

The position requires advanced knowledge of blow molding processes, machine controls, PLC troubleshooting, and process optimization in a manufacturing setting. Overtime and on-call support may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree or vocational training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of blow molding processing and maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start up, and optimize blow molding machines for production.
• Perform mold changes, tooling changes, and machine changeovers safely and efficiently.
• Install, align, secure, and verify molds, tooling, and auxiliary equipment.
