Job summary

The Sage Group is seeking a skilled Blog Content Writer & Editor to take ownership of a blog refresh engine. You will audit, rewrite, and elevate existing posts with sharp writing, deep research, and clear formatting.

Responsibilities include managing a 4–6 month rotation, updating statistics, and ensuring content is authoritative, easily citable by AI engines, and aligned with brand voice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital copywriting or editorial experience.
• Experience with AEO and GEO copy formatting for AI parsing and citability.
• Strong portfolio of long-form, well-researched content.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume content updates or editorial calendars independently.
• Excellent English grammar, tone, and structural editing.
• Bonus: HR/B2B SaaS content experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead content refresh lifecycle on a 4–6 month rotation.
• Rewrite, expand, and refine existing blog posts to improve quality and clarity.
• Apply AEO and GEO principles to craft AI-friendly copy.
• Format articles with markdown, structured blocks, and clear FAQs for scan-ability.
• Proofread and edit posts to meet high editorial standards before republishing.
