You will polish content briefs, ensure accuracy, and refresh pages for relevance, with a focus on clear, SEO-friendly writing and strong internal linking. Responsibilities include updating content in CMS, formatting headings, tables, CTAs, addressing QA notes, and coordinating with product and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in content writing, editing, or related role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience writing or optimizing website content, blog articles, or comparison pages.
• Basic understanding of SEO and search intent.
• Familiarity with content optimization (headings, internal linking, FAQs, basic SEO).
• Experience with a CMS for uploading and editing website content.
• Strong attention to detail in formatting, links, tables, and CTAs.
• Strong proofreading and editing skills.
• Ability to follow briefs and guidelines and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Optimize existing blog articles and product/content pages based on briefs.
• Update and refresh content to maintain accuracy, relevance and freshness.
• Optimize content for search intent, including headings, internal links, FAQs, and basic SEO elements.
• Upload and edit optimized content using a Content Management System (CMS).
• Ensure proper content formatting (headings, links, tables, CTAs) and structure.
• Review QA comments and implement changes.
• Follow established content guidelines and formatting standards.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on content updates and requirements.
• Provide weekly progress updates on assigned content and deliverables.
• Ensure all content is completed accurately within deadlines.
