Job summary
U.S. Bank is seeking a Digital Assets – Blockchain Payments Product Manager to define, develop, and manage blockchain-enabled payment products that support the bank's digital assets strategy, reporting to the Blockchain Payments Product Lead.
You will partner across technology, operations, risk, legal, compliance, finance, and business lines to translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans and delivery priorities in a highly regulated environment.
Qualifications
- Digital Product Management experience
- Experience with blockchain technology, digital assets, tokenized payments, or distributed ledger technologies
- Experience partnering with architecture and engineering teams
Responsibilities
- Define product requirements, objectives, use cases and success metrics for payment modernization and digital asset initiatives
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with blockchain payments strategy
- Partner with leadership to translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans
- Collaborate with technology teams to define solution requirements and support delivery
- Gather stakeholder requirements across business lines and risk/compliance
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback
