Job summary

Caldera is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to build and scale blockchain infrastructure. You will own core components, design deployments, and improve observability and security across AWS and Kubernetes.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in engineering, strong Go or Typescript skills, and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud providers. Join a fast-paced team shaping scalable blockchain solutions.

Qualifications

4+ years of engineering experience.
Experience writing backend services in Go or Typescript.
Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
Hands-on with IaC tools (Terraform, Helm).
Hands-on cloud/infrastructure experience including AWS, Vercel and Cloudflare.
Strong security mindset and threat modeling basics.
Focus on performance optimization and scalability.

Responsibilities

Own significant components of Caldera's core infrastructure.
Architect, develop, and deploy blockchain infrastructure for existing and new customers.
Enhance the DevOps pipeline for reliable, secure deployments.
Improve observability with Prometheus/Grafana and Datadog.
Maintain security posture across AWS, Kubernetes, and app stack.
