Job summary

Analog is building a true Layer-0 blockchain network and seeks a highly experienced Dev-ops Engineer to own end-to-end deployment and management of the blockchain infrastructure. You will design, deploy, monitor, and secure scalable systems, collaborating with engineers to push the project forward.

You will work with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms, ensuring reliable, secure and rapid delivery of blockchain components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with blockchain technologies.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain concepts, protocols, and consensus mechanisms.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing blockchain infrastructure components (nodes, networks, smart contracts).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS, Azure, GCP) and monitoring/security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect and set up the entire blockchain infrastructure (notes and connector networks).
• Develop deployment strategies using containerisation to automate blockchain component deployment.
• Establish monitoring for performance, availability and security of infrastructure.
• Implement robust security measures and compliance with industry standards.
• Create CI/CD pipelines for blockchain apps to enable rapid deployment and testing.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis and prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with developers, architects and product managers; document configurations and changes.
• Stay updated on blockchain tech trends to improve scalability and efficiency.
