Job summary

Placements24 is partnering with a DeFi innovator to hire a Senior Blockchain Developer who will design, build, and deploy secure smart contracts and dApps powering next‑gen financial services. You will work across multi‑chain environments and contribute to robust, scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate brings deep blockchain architecture knowledge, cryptography, and hands‑on Solidity with modern toolchains (Truffle/Hardhat, Web3.js, Ethers.js).

Qualifications

• Proven experience with deployed smart contracts and dApps.
• Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture and cryptography.
• Experience with Solidity and other languages like Vyper or Rust is a plus.
• Experience with RESTful APIs for dApp backends.
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts on various blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon) using Solidity.
• Architect and implement decentralized applications (dApps) and backend services that interact with smart contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Conduct code reviews, security audits, and performance optimizations for smart contracts and dApp components.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in blockchain technology and security practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to blockchain infrastructure and dApp functionality.
• Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap for our blockchain initiatives.
