CodeRoad Inc. is seeking a Senior Blazor / .NET Developer to anchor design, development, and modernization of high-performance enterprise applications built on the Microsoft stack. You will drive architecture decisions and deliver hands-on coding in an Agile environment.

You will lead the modernization of legacy systems, establish robust patterns, optimize performance, and ensure security while mentoring teammates and collaborating with cross-functional PODs and external teams.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with leadership.
• Hands-on Blazor (Server/WebAssembly) and .NET 6+ development.
• Strong SQL Server database design and query optimization.
• Security best practices and performance profiling.
• English communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architecture, strategy, and hands-on delivery of the modernized SYSTOC application, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Anchor the vendor handoff process, partnering closely with the external modernization team during acceptance testing to rapidly absorb codebase knowledge before final delivery.
• Design and implement complex frontend and backend features, taking end-to-end technical ownership of the clinical work area and enterprise reporting integration.
• Optimize database performance, schema design, stored procedures, and index strategies to ensure seamless, low-latency execution across core data workflows.
• Establish and champion application security best practices, proactively mitigating vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, XSS, and maintaining dependency health through scheduled upgrades.
• Collaborate and communicate directly with cross-functional PODs, product stakeholders, and executive leadership, acting as an active voice in architectural design discussions.
