The ideal candidate brings five years in aviation, strong blade model knowledge, and the ability to train others while adhering to FAA regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• A&P License preferred.
• Some trade school background.

Responsibilities

• Tear down, clean, inspect, repair, assemble and closeout blade components.
• Lead and assist technicians in a positive/team environment.
• Perform incoming inspections and ensure QA compliance with FAA regulations and manuals.
• Ensure work complies with customer specifications, FAA regulations, and maintenance manuals.
• Create technical emails/reports to AH and AHD.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to minimize scrap.
