Qualifications

• Education: Required High School Diploma or Equivalent experience. Preferred Some trade school Experience.
• Minimum six (6) years of Painting and Paint preparation on metal and composite/fiberglass components.
• Ability to train and foster team members.

Responsibilities

• Paint Preparation: Prepare all surfaces for paint by sanding, masking, filling and removal of dents.
• Material Paint: Mix and tint paint, layout paint schemes and apply materials according to instructions.
• Documentation: Release and update timesheets; sign off work with proper references and RDAS.
• Additional Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned.
