Jerry.ai is seeking a Senior Associate, BizOps & Analytics to drive data-driven decisions across carrier growth, new products, and scaling initiatives. You will work with marketing, product, and business development to extract insights and shape growth strategies.

We rely on SQL and advanced analytics to run experiments, build models, and automate processes. The role offers exposure to a fast-growing, data-driven culture with opportunities to influence product and business direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline.
• 2+ years of management consulting or equivalent business analytics experience.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development to integrate insights into acquisition strategies.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments to inform product and business strategies.
• Define, understand, and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency.
