Responsibilities

• Act as SME for manufacturing processes and equipment within area of expertise.
• Support safe, compliant execution of GMP manufacturing operations.
• Partner with customers and internal teams on technical transfer and process implementation.
• Train, mentor and support manufacturing colleagues on new equipment, systems and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, systems and processes to maintain excellence.
• Support production documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

Science degree preferred
