Job summary

Kincellis Advanced Therapies seeks a highly motivated Senior Technician to join the Facilities and Engineering team in Durham, NC. The role focuses on general maintenance of the facilities, preventive and corrective maintenance of infrastructure and equipment, and ensuring the site operates at peak readiness.

Responsibilities include calibrations, documentation in CMMS, coordinating with contractors, and supporting cross-functional ENG deliverables.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience operating and maintaining utility/HVAC/mfg equipment in CGMP biotech environment.
• LOTO proficiency required.
• Able to pivot priorities with short notice.
• Able to read control schematics, loop diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, controlled environment for production.
• Perform and document preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain infrastructure and supporting equipment.
• Document calibrations in CMMS.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors; oversee site activities.
• Support readiness for new biotech areas and ongoing operations.
• Attend cross-functional ENG meetings.
• Work overtime as needed.
