Job summary

Samsung Biologics Rockville is seeking a Facilities Manager responsible for site-wide utility systems, routine maintenance, and supervising a maintenance staff to support GMP operations across pre-clinical, clinical and commercial activities.

You will coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS, Validation, Materials Management and Quality Systems to implement policies, manage the CMMS, supervise annual shutdowns and ensure timely CAPAs and safety investigations, with a salary range of

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of directly related manufacturing experience in pharma/biotech.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform physical maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide site-wide maintenance for utility systems, routine and preventive maintenance, and repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate maintenance contracts and shutdowns.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS, Validation, Materials Management, and Quality Systems to implement policies and ensure resources for production schedules.
