Bristol Myers Squibb, Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Senior Manager, Biostatistics to lead statistical analyses for clinical studies and collaborate across functions. You will translate scientific questions into robust statistical plans, ensure quality and compliance, and contribute to study reports and publications.

The role involves ongoing learning of regulatory expectations and drug development processes, mentoring team members, and maintaining high-quality data interpretation for regulatory

Qualificações

• Fresh PhD or MS with 2+ years’ experience in statistics or biostatistics in clinical trials or pharma.
• Proficiency in SAS, R or Python and implementation of advanced statistical analysis.
• Strong communication, writing and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates in design of clinical study, including methodology, data analysis & interpretation, and reporting of study results.
• Authors and/or reviews protocol synopsis, protocol, SAPs, case-report forms, clinical study reports, publications, and other study documents under supervision.
• Performs and/or validates statistical analyses, advise ways to maximize clarity of data display.
• Communicates results to cross-functional teams, provides data interpretation in study documents.
• Translates scientific questions into statistical terms and statistical concepts into layman terms.
• Compliant with BMS processes and SOPs, adherence to global & project standards.
• Continually develops technical knowledge of statistical methodology and its appropriate application.
• Continually enhances knowledge of drug development process, regulatory and commercial requirements.
• Develops & advises team members.
