Job summary

BD is seeking a Statistician/Biostatistician to support product development, clinical studies, and business decisions within a regulated healthcare environment. The role collaborates with Medical Affairs and cross‑functional teams to plan, analyze, and interpret studies, and to develop reproducible statistical code in R and/or SAS.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or PhD in Statistics/Biostatistics or related field, with experience in clinical research or regulated devices.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related quantitative field.
• Experience supporting clinical research or regulated healthcare environments.
• Strong study design and statistical analysis expertise.
• Hands-on programming in R and/or SAS.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and regulatory contexts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to design studies.
• Develop statistical analysis plans and validate analyses.
• Program, document, and maintain statistical code in R and SAS.
• Communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Support regulatory submissions and maintain quality standards.
