Job summary
BD, a leading medical technology company, seeks a Statistician/Biostatistician to support product development, clinical studies, and business decisions in a regulated healthcare environment. You will design studies, develop analysis plans, and communicate actionable insights while coding in R and/or SAS.
The ideal candidate holds a master's or PhD in statistics or biostatistics, with 3+ years in regulated settings, capable of influencing cross-functional teams and delivering reproducible
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in statistics, biostatistics, or related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in regulated healthcare, life sciences, or medical device environments.
- Proficiency in programming, documenting, and validating analyses using R and/or SAS.
- Experience solving statistical and analytical challenges independently.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, analyze, and interpret studies supporting product development and business decisions.
- Develop and review study protocols and regulatory documentation.
- Independently maintain statistical analysis plans and code in R/SAS.
- Prepare clear statistical reports for internal and external audiences.
- Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to publications.
