Job summary

BD is seeking a Statistician/Biostatistician to support product development, clinical studies, and business decisions in a regulated healthcare environment. The role requires designing studies, creating analysis plans, and translating statistical findings into actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics with experience in regulated settings and strong coding skills in R and/or SAS.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in regulated healthcare, life sciences, or medical device environment.
• Experience applying statistical methods to product development or clinical research.
• Proficiency in R and/or SAS programming and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, analyze, and interpret studies and experiments.
• Develop and review study protocols and case report forms.
• Create and validate statistical analysis plans and code in R/SAS.
• Prepare statistical reports for internal and external audiences.
• Communicate findings to cross‑functional stakeholders.
