Job summary

Maximus is seeking a highly skilled data analyst to support the USSOCOM Enterprise POTFF program. The role involves providing management, coordination, and policy guidance, along with expertise in mathematical and statistical modeling to improve human performance initiatives.

You will collaborate with headquarters staff, design evaluative measures of effectiveness, and contribute to strategic planning and research efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5–7 years relevant professional experience.
• PhD required for job-specific minimums and advanced analyses.

Responsibilities

• Provide management, coordination, liaison support, research, analysis, planning, budgeting advice and assistance for the POTFF program.
• Develop and adapt mathematical and statistical models and techniques for human performance optimization.
• Evaluate enterprise programs and develop measures of effectiveness and data-driven recommendations.
• Lead research teams and execute projects within financial/time constraints.
• Attend meetings and briefings to stay current in statistics, data mining, and interpretation.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field

PhD in Human Performance, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Behavioral/Social Science, or related discipline
