Job summary

Maximus is seeking a highly qualified data analyst to support the USSOCOM Enterprise POTFF program. You will lead development of mathematical and statistical models, provide guidance to headquarters staff, and analyze program data to inform decisions.

The role requires expert analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex results clearly to stakeholders. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, planning, budgeting advice, and participation in policy guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• PhD in related fields with five years' experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative/quantitative methods and models for scientific inquiry.
• Ability to analyze facts, produce valid findings, and present results to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Provide management, coordination, liaison support, research, analysis, planning, budgeting advice and assistance, and education and training policy guidance for POTFF program.
• Provide expert guidance to Component headquarters staff and design/adapt mathematical models.
• Develop and apply statistical models and techniques for evaluation and improvement of Human Performance initiatives.
• Support and foster POTFF research including data analytics, interpretation of findings, and recommendations.
