Job summary

Maximus is seeking a highly skilled data/quantitative analyst to lead analytical initiatives within the USSOCOM Enterprise POTFF program. The role involves designing, developing, and applying mathematical and statistical models to support performance optimization across multiple projects.

You will guide operational partners on product performance, create new metrics, and mentor teams in advanced data analysis and interpretation.

Qualifications

• PhD required in relevant field.
• Minimum five years of related professional experience.
• Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative methods for modeling and analysis.
• Ability to communicate findings effectively to senior management.
• Strong data management and statistical analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects and develop mathematical models for program assessment.
• Provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders on data-driven decisions.
• Develop and validate new metrics and KPIs for performance measurement.
