Job summary

Cytel is seeking an experienced Principal Biostatistician to lead statistical activities for Phase I–IV trials across the region. You will shape analytic strategies, contribute to development plans, and mentor cross‑functional teams to deliver robust results tied to client objectives.

You will use SAS and R for QC, analyses, modelling and simulations, supervise internal programming and CRO work, and support Health Authority interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in statistics or a related discipline.
• 9+ years supporting clinical trials in pharma/biotech.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical activities for trials from protocol design to reporting.
• Represent Statistics on cross-functional trial teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversight of internal programming and CRO contributions.
• Contribute to safety reporting, ISS/ISE, and questions from health authorities.
• Utilize SAS and R for QC, analyses, modelling, and simulations.
• Oversight of junior Statisticians as needed.
