Job summary

LifeLens Technologies, Inc. in Ivyland, PA seeks a Senior Biomedical Signal Processing Scientist to drive algorithm development for multi-sensor wearables, including PPG, ECG, and accelerometry.

You will own algorithms from first prototype through clinical validation and regulatory submission, collaborating with hardware, firmware, and clinical teams while shaping measurements for consumer products.

Qualifications

• PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience, master's with 5+ years, or bachelor's with 7+ years.
• Degree in biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, neuroscience, physics, applied mathematics, computer science, or related quantitative field preferred.
• Postdoctoral and other research experience counts toward relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Designing and validating algorithms that derive physiological measurements from multiple sensors (PPG, ECG, accelerometry).
• Conducting offline analyses of large clinical/field datasets to characterize signal behavior and algorithm performance.
• Developing methods robust to motion artifact and real-world conditions.
• Adapting validated algorithms for real-time use on the device with firmware collaboration.
• Designing and analyzing validation studies against clinical references.
