Job summary

Kura Oncology in Boston seeks a Manager, Biosample Operations to lead biosample logistics across Phase I–IV trials. You will collaborate with clinical and trial teams to ensure ethical handling, timely collection, processing, storage and data delivery of patient samples.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of trial management and 2+ years in biosample projects, with strong knowledge of GCP/ICH and vendor relationships. Travel ~10% and a competitive compensation package including bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/healthcare field, nursing degree, or equivalent combined education.
• 4–6 years of clinical trial management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on clinical biosample project management.
• Understanding the drug development process to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience with INDs/NDAs submissions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, manage biosample logistics for Clinical Trials.
• Advise on biosample strategy across programs.
• Oversee sample collection, processing, storage, and reconciliation.
• Ensure ethical use of biosamples.
• Coordinate lifecycle of patient samples from site to testing to disposition.
• Track biosample status and collaborate with teams.
• Travel domestically and internationally ~10%.
