Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in a plant-level fermentation/manufacturing environment.
• Extensive practical experience in bioprocessing operations including fermentation, formulation, spray drying, utilities, and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of bioprocessing equipment.
• Deliver hands-on training to production personnel on operation and maintenance of processing systems and components.
• Lead equipment troubleshooting and inspections; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support development and scale-up projects across laboratory, pilot, and production scales.
• Execute and oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Generate, manage, and track maintenance work orders and ensure timely repairs.
