Job summary

BioPharma Consulting JAD Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all operational aspects of department-level projects with significant impact across multiple organizations at a biopharmaceutical manufacturing site in Juncos, Puerto Rico. You will serve as the liaison between the project team and management, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of PM experience in pharma or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling and risk management.
• Experience coordinating across multiple departments and vendors.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects from planning to completion.
• Maintain master project plan and schedule; prioritize tasks.
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources.
• Identify schedule risks and implement mitigation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and SOP adherence.
• Prepare periodic updates and formal presentations for leadership.
• Coordinate with management and department heads to gather input.
• Provide PM support to senior management and may supervise project staff.
• Anticipate resource needs and communicate with sponsors.
