Job summary

Elanco, a global animal health leader, is seeking a Sr. Associate / Consultant Formulation Scientist for Biopharma Technical Development - Formulations. This lab-based role focuses on developing stable, robust drug product formulations for monoclonal antibodies and other biopharmaceuticals.

You will plan and execute studies across development stages for sterile injectables and lyophilized products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in formulation development of biologics or biopharmaceutical products.
• Hands-on experience with biophysical/analytical characterization techniques.
• Experience in aseptic filling and process development for sterile/lyophilized products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute formulation and process development studies for biologics and sterile/lyophilized products.
• Collaborate with downstream/process development, analytical sciences, and manufacturing teams to translate findings into scalable processes.
• Utilize automation and DoE tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
