Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD or master's with relevant eng experience; frequent in-depth analysis.
• Bachelor's/Associates with engineering experience acceptable.
• Experience in GMP/biopharma preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication essential.
• Willingness to support 24/7 operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead engineering improvements to equipment or facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure commissioning/qualification of systems.
• Develop metrics to measure maintenance performance and downtime reduction.
• Provide root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product introductions and spare parts planning.
• Ensure safety and compliance with EH&S requirements.
