Job summary

Trimedx is seeking a biomedical equipment professional to take ownership of complex equipment uptime and safety in a clinical engineering setting. You will diagnose from system level diagnostics to networked devices and advise clinicians on equipment strategy.

Requirements include 5+ years of biomedical experience, an associate degree (or equivalent), and travel-ready status; a Bachelor’s and CBET are preferred. Valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering setting (required)
• Strong expertise in complex systems, diagnostics, networking, and hardware repair
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (required)
• Bachelor's degree (preferred); CBET certification (preferred)
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of highly complex equipment-driving uptime, safety, and performance
• Solve advanced technical issues others can't, from system diagnostics to networked devices
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians and leadership on equipment use and strategy
• Lead projects and mentor technicians, raising the capability of the entire team
