Job summary

TRIMEDX is seeking a senior biomedical equipment expert to lead, advise, and shape clinical environments by owning complex equipment life cycles. You will drive uptime, safety, and performance while solving advanced issues across diagnostics and networking.

The role emphasizes mentoring technicians, leading projects, and advising clinicians. Requirements include 5+ years in clinical engineering and an associate degree, with a bachelor’s degree and CBET preferred, plus travelability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering setting.
• Strong expertise in complex systems, diagnostics, networking, and hardware repair.
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience (required).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred); CBET certification (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of highly complex equipment—driving uptime, safety, and performance.
• Solve advanced technical issues others can’t, from system diagnostics to networked devices
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians and leadership on equipment use and strategy
• Lead projects and mentor technicians, raising the capability of the entire team
