Job summary

Trimedx is seeking an experienced Biomedical Equipment Engineer to lead and optimize clinical equipment performance. You will own uptime, safety, and diagnostics, advise clinicians and leadership on device use and strategy, and mentor technicians to raise overall team capability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in clinical engineering, strong systems diagnostics, networking, and hardware repair experience, plus an electronic/technical degree (CBET cert preferred). Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of biomedical equipment experience in a clinical engineering setting.
• Strong expertise in complex systems, diagnostics, networking, and hardware repair.
• Associate degree in electronics/technical field or equivalent experience; bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of highly complex equipment-driving uptime, safety, and performance.
• Solve advanced technical issues from system diagnostics to networked devices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clinicians and leadership on equipment use and strategy.
• Lead projects and mentor technicians, raising the capability of the entire team.
