Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience in glucose/biosensor or wearable sensor development.
• Strong statistical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience with design transfer, process validation, and manufacturing feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead design transfer activities, define robust in-process specs and sampling plans.
• Apply advanced statistics to sensor process optimization and performance modeling.
• Support regulatory-compliant data analysis and documentation.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
